How long we keep information

We only keep personal information for as long as we need it for the reason it was collected, including to provide services, manage enquiries, keep business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and deal with any complaints.

As a guide:

Enquiry information: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless the person becomes a client.

Client records and project information: for up to 6 years after the end of the client relationship, where needed for business, contract, tax or legal record-keeping.

Financial records, invoices and payment information: for 6 years, in line with usual UK business record-keeping requirements.

Email correspondence: kept for as long as needed to manage the client relationship or enquiry, then reviewed and deleted when no longer required.

Marketing contact details: kept until the person unsubscribes or asks to be removed.

Website analytics and cookie data: kept in line with the retention settings of the relevant website or analytics tools.

Supplier and contractor information: for up to 6 years after the end of the working relationship, where needed for business, tax or legal reasons.

When information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax or regulatory reasons.
